To Pharma Nord safety and quality are core values not only in regard to our products. Safety is also crucial when it comes to securing the privacy of the users of our website. Furthermore, we wish to ensure quality when we address you, so you are not overburdened with information that is not relevant for you. Storage, protection, and use of information
Pharma Nord store your information in a protected database. After a purchase in our webshop we however do not save your credit card information. The payment transaction takes place via a safe SSL-encrypted connection, so your information cannot be read by third parties during the purchase.
In some cases Pharma Nord will ask for other information than name, address and email address. It could be your age or if there are children in your household. This information is solely used to ensure, that you only receive the newsletters and offers that are relevant to you. And it is of course optional to give this kind of information.

Pharma Nord writes newsletters with the purpose of updating it's readers on new, scientific knowledge of preventive supplements, medical drugs and health related topics. Receivers of the newsletter will also get special offers in the Pharma Nord webshop.

Pharma Nord uses session cookies in our web shop to show you, that you are logged in and to show you the content of your shopping basket. These cookies only last one session and are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
Pharma Nord also uses a cookie, that makes the web site able to recognize a returning user. This cookie of course lasts longer than one session. We also have a cookie telling us which pages are being shown during a stay. This cookie is deleted, when you leave the website. These cookies give us useful knowledge of the traffic on our website. And we use the information solely to improve the usability.

Furthermore, Pharma Nord uses the statistics tool Google Analytics to analyze how our website is being used. These are third party cookies since they are from Google and communicate with Google's servers in the USA.
