Terms and Conditions

You may return any item sold by shop.pharmanord.eu within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will exchange it at no cost to you. However please note that if you refuse the delivery or return the goods unopened we WILL charge you for the shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
 

 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any product that has been opened so the box has been damaged or seal been broken.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts making it unusable for resale.
     

In order to make the return proces as easy as possible for you, we can arrange a pick-up by UPS at your address. Please send us an email at webshop@pharmanord.com.

 

Taxes and Duties


Within EU

If you live in the EU we will add Dutch VAT to the product prices. That is 6 percent for all products and 21 percent for the freight. The VAT will be charged on your credit card when you place the order, and you will not have to pay any other taxes or duties when you receive the goods.
 
Outside EU
If you live outside the EU we will NOT add any VAT to your invoice. We will charge you only for the products. When you receive the goods KDZ will collect local taxes and VAT for your country together with any import duties that applies for your country. Please check with your local custom authorities if you want to know what duties applies. Note: KDZ will collect applicable VAT, taxes and duties in cash when they deliver the goods to you. Please have cash readily available."
